SOFTWAREÂ DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (HYDERABAD, INDIA)
Machine Learning, Big Data, and Real Time Processing is what we are currently working on. We do not expect candidates to be experts in these technologies, but they should be willing to learn with us. Expectations - We prefer candidates with experience, between 0.5 to 4 years. - If you are fresh out of college, you need to be exceptional. - Contribution to Open Source counts as experience (and is a plus), but college projects do not count. - Very good at JavaScript and willing to learn new technologies - Have the capability to design things, not just code them. - Be able to figure things out on your own - Very good spoken and written English skills.
ACCOUNT / CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (HYDERABAD, INDIA)
• Create and maintain relationships with our international customers • Support existing customers and resolve any issues they are facing with our solutions • Create content for customer education, communication and marketing • Be a champion for our customers and interface with the engineering team to build new features
